Who We Are

IslaFans is a subscription platform for Dominican creators. It connects them with fans who want to back their work directly. We believe every creator should own their content in full. They should also get a fair share of the money it earns. And fans deserve real, direct ties with the people whose work they love.

IslaFans is an 18+ platform. All users — creators and fans alike — must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Services. We take this rule seriously. We enforce it with identity verification for all creators. We also confirm age at sign-up.

We wrote these guidelines to be clear and fair. When content or behaviour falls outside them, we act. When we get something wrong, we have an appeals process. Our goal is a platform creators trust with their livelihood. Fans should trust it with their time.

What's Allowed

IslaFans supports a wide range of creator content. We allow the following, as long as it follows the rest of these rules and our Terms of Service:

• Adult content — sexually explicit photos, videos, and live streams. Everyone who makes or appears in them must be a consenting adult aged 18 or over. Each of them must also have completed IslaFans identity verification.
• Fitness, lifestyle & wellness content — workout routines, nutrition guides, behind-the-scenes lifestyle content, vlogs, and personal journals.
• Music, art & creative work — original music, visual art, photography, writing, and other creative output.
• Educational and tutorial content — teaching material on any subject. It must still follow these rules.
• Gaming, commentary & entertainment — gaming streams, commentary, comedy, and entertainment of all kinds.
• Direct messaging — private, consensual messages between creators and fans, including pay-per-view message content.

All content that involves other people must have their full, documented consent. This includes collaborators who appear in your posts. You must get that consent before you make the content. You must also keep it on file.

What's Prohibited

The following content and behaviour is strictly banned on IslaFans. If you break these rules, we will remove the content right away. We may also close your account for good and refer the case to law enforcement.

Content Labeling

You must label your content correctly. This includes:

• Explicit content: post any sexually explicit material only to a profile approved for adult content. It must not appear in free preview areas that unverified users can see.
• Third-party appearances: if another person appears in your content, they must complete IslaFans' own identity verification. They must also sign a consent release before that content can publish. See Creator Guidelines for how to do this. See 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for the legal rule behind it.
• Promotional content: you must clearly disclose any content you are paid to post for someone else. That includes brand deals and promotions.

Protection of Minors

The safety of minors is our highest priority. There are no exceptions.

• No one under 18 may create an account or access IslaFans content.
• No content may ever depict minors in a sexual context.
• If content appears to feature a minor, we will remove it right away. We will also close the account for good. This applies no matter what age is claimed.
• All such cases are reported to NCMEC and, where applicable, to law enforcement.
• We keep age verification records for all creators, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. See our 2257 Compliance Statement.

Please report any content you believe depicts a minor right away. Use the in-app report tool, or send an email to safety@islafans.com.

How We Enforce These Guidelines

IslaFans enforces these guidelines in three ways: automated checks, user reports, and human review. Our Trust & Safety team reviews flagged content and accounts.

We may take one or more of these actions. It depends on the type of violation and how serious it is.

• Content removal — we remove the specific violating post, video, or message.
• Warning — we send a formal warning for first or minor violations. It explains which policy you broke.
• Temporary suspension — we suspend the account for a set period. During that time it cannot post or earn.
• Permanent termination — the account is permanently closed. We use this for severe or repeated violations. We also use it for all zero-tolerance violations.
• Legal referral — we refer the case to law enforcement or NCMEC where the content is illegal.

A creator whose account is closed for policy violations gives up any unpaid balance below the minimum payout threshold. We may hold back balances above that threshold while we investigate.

Reporting a Violation

You can report any content or account that you think breaks these guidelines. Just use the “Report” button on any post, profile, or message. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report.

Some matters are urgent. This includes suspected minors in sexual content and active threats of harm. For these, contact us directly:

We keep every report confidential. We do not tell the reported account who filed it. False or malicious reports made in bad faith may lead to action against the reporting account.

Appeals

You may appeal if you think we acted against your account in error. You have 30 days from the date you get the notice. To appeal, email appeals@islafans.com with your account details. Explain clearly why you believe the action was wrong.

A member of our Trust & Safety team reviews each appeal. That person took no part in the first decision. We aim to reply to all appeals within 5 business days. For zero-tolerance violations, our decision on appeal is final.
